Made in Argyll is a small shop situated in Oban.

Who is "Made in Argyll"?
My name is Janice Stewart, and many of you will know me through the knitwear I have been producing for years under the name of Phoenix Fabrics of Benderloch.
I was part of the Pop Up Craft Shop in Oban in 2016 and enjoyed the experience very much. For some years I have been involved with other craft retail, and I felt it was time to branch out on my own.
When the premises beside the Olive Garden at the Railway Pier became available in 2017, it was clear it had great potential to fulfil the aim to bring diverse, quality crafts to Made In Argyll, available at affordable prices, to locals and visitors alike.

The shop is growing from strength to strength, now home to many different artists and crafters, all of whom are from the Argyll area.
Their work illustrates such incredible talent, many different skills, media, and inspiration.
Each day you will meet one of the people who actually make something in the shop, they man the shop throughout the week, so please come along and introduce yourselves, we look forward to meeting you.

If you would like to join in with your creations, please contact me with details of what you make.
